Lemmy is more stable than what that graph makes it out. I’m not sure how easy it is to track fediverse since instances can pop up at any moment then grow or even the domain can change for an instance

I do have the idea of making an app it makes an account for one instance and uses that “log in with Google/apple id”. Then people can learn later that you you can join other instances or log in via web browser.
The server can be simple lemmy or mastodon server and the app can just be variant of Voyager or mastodon app. Someone need to get rid of copyright material then hard code an instance.
I would do it myself but I can’t get an AI to code apps
The other option is to have an app that browser based

I don’t see how fediverse is responsible for solving echo chambers. I would say it’s on the individual to explore new ideas and to challenge everything.
Like an instance can just be 4chan offshoot that isn’t federated and complete echo chamber and hypothetically be the biggest instance. I would want any government telling them to federate, I wouldn’t want them to be forced to to federate, I’m perfectly fine with them having their party and inviting whoever they want, I can go somewhere else.
Plus fediverse is about giving control of social media to individuals

I don’t have the mindset that people disagree with socialism but I see socialism as copying what the rich do “seizing the means of production”

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Have you met a Christian that sold/gave up everything they owned?
11·9 days agoThat’s cool, but you’re still commanded to hate in the biblical sense by jesus what you changes but you still have to do it.
You can look at Jesus telling you to both sell and/or give up everything as a test, but you still gotta do it. Like you can say a litteral test to get a certificate is there to test your aptitude but you still gotta pass the test.
I also had a revelation that ownership is a time/culture dependant and God’s deciding after people been owning things for thousands of years at that point to say “give up everything”

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Have you met a Christian that sold/gave up everything they owned?
2·9 days agoI figured someone would. I was thinking of using a stone to break a nut or stand up a pot. If you leave the stone were you found it, it’s not like you own the stone.
But then we’re does it go from using something to owning something. Seems ownership would be more of a legal distinction or ownership is emotional attachment

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•Have you met a Christian that sold/gave up everything they owned?
3·9 days agoIkr. Like offer the other cheek wasn’t meant to show you passivism but like this way to get people you don’t like to use a other hand in a taboo way. I guess I have to assume it’s more correct interpretation since it’s relevant for that culture.
At this point Jesus can “you have to do X” and it get interpreted as a point for how you should live and think.

App dev can be outsource, but it really doesn’t matter who run the hard coded instance. It could by. Sh.itjust.works. it would be an issue if the app took off and the instance wasn’t ready for the influx.
Maybe it picks an instance at random to distribute the load.
My original idea in my head was that the app developer would run the instance that was hard coded
