I found out about anxious preoccupied attachment and how it fits into some really upsetting, toxic behaviours I was catching myself in and which were upsetting me a lot, because I couldn’t understand what was happening. I’m now reading about it and its link to past trauma.

Understanding how it presents itself and why is my first step to overcome this!

I finally started Little Nightmares and I’m loving-hating it.

I didn’t know I’d get so easily scared by the grotesque ambience it has, but damn.

Taking lots of breaks to breathe so it’s taking forever!

Starting Little Nightmares today… orrr at some point this week, depending on Life™️.

Considering the current political climate, I think it is on the graphic because it is an American corporation like Google.

Apple Music is also there, so I assume it is because Safari is Apple’s browser.

Earth is a big place with different types of climates. I can imagine some people not only want but need to warm their homes.
