A trip by several members of the far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) party to Sochi, Russia on November 14 and 15 has sparked deep tensions within the party. At the leadership level, two camps have emerged: One firmly aligned with Moscow, the other looking increasingly toward Washington.
Presumably, they are more divided about how much they publicly admit about their obedient attitude towards Russia, than about their stance as such.
