When I was 15 I worked at a seasonal greenhouse gig moving flowers around, and every single person I worked with was a full blown stoner, management included. A week before they laid everyone off, someone (presumably one of the other teenagers) came and stole 30 giant pots and a bunch of soil. Honestly, that was more proactive action than I expected out of them.
