The president’s declaration of support followed a brief speech by Paul, who later posted a video of the pair hitting Trump’s now infamous YMCA dance.
Trump should demonstrate his support for by getting his face bashed in by a black boxer.

The president had an 83% approval among Republicans, a 3% approval among Democrats and a 28% approval among independent voters, as well as a 48% approval among men and 28% approval among women. The survey also found that 53% of voters oppose military action in Iran, 40% support it and 7% are undecided.

Another poster made a great point that, however well Trump does and continues to do in polls of his base, that support isn’t necessarily transferrable to other candidates. And indeed, often it’s counter intuitively counter productive.
That’s the trend. An endorsement might help in the Primary, but it’s death in the General.
After the Midterm bloodbath, MAGA candidates will understand that Trump is a liability, and will not be seeking Trump’s endorsement. We might even see anti-MAGA Republican campaigns.

Sure but we can backtest the power of the Trump endorsement, and even as early as 2018, it didn’t mean shit. Something thats been academically notable about Trump is how their ability to defy polling or elevate surprising candidates isn’t transferable. Trumps endorsement has never meant a sure thing, and right now? You’d be better off getting Harris’s endorsement.
