I like the parts about £11Bn tax avoidance, although thats not technically an expense, and the 3.6 from fossil fuel subsidies, although I wonder if that savings is before or after immediately replacing the power and petrochem being produced, but to claim 6 Bn from fraud is a little wild and I don’t quite like the idea of cutting “outsourcing” because that sounds a bit like brexit logic.
