I live in north eastern Nevada and this guy cut me and 2 other cars off less than a block away from the red lite. I didn’t get a good look at him but he was an older boomer type guy with his wife.
Sadly its AZ and on top of another sticker…probably just peeling. Both the brain and sticker.
I blame the golf course communities. De facto dumping grounds for pesticides, seeping down into the water table, pumped back to the neighborhood taps. Also vapid concentrations of conservatives. But who knows!
