If I don’t like the guy I pullout the logs of the share. If I do like him I tell him I gave him access and please report to le any other copy he may have encounter or worked on so I can be sure the datas are aligned and everyone work on the sales bases.

I had a document emailed to me a couple of years ago that apparently I never looked at and had to request access to last week. That project had long since been completed. 🤷‍♂️
