Had a total hip reconstruction in January and in the past couple weeks I’ve been able to start walking without crutches or a cane.

I think I overdid it this week because today my hips are tight and burn like hell, so I’ve been in bed all day. But at least I can walk again

Awake and not crying, can’t hope for much more.
