The coffee club attendance really picked up while Janeway was away for 7 years, there was always enough coffee for all the attendees. When she came back, they quickly made a specific rule that she had to bring her own coffee.
Sure she brought her own coffee, but attendance started to slowly dwindle for mysterious and totally unrelated reasons.
