      can someone who knows about this stuff tell me how bad some of the impact of what was cut will be

      I definitely think states should be running a balanced budget and he inherited this debt but some of the cuts like not covering retirements? seems real bad

      I wouldn’t say just as bad. But most of them are almost as bad.

      Then you get this rare case. I really wish Mamdani could run for president.
