From Phoenix Rescue
A late night in the hospital tonight after the arrival of a very concussed female tawny owl and 3 tiny baby little owls. Sadly their parents made their nest in straw bales, and when the farmer moved the bales, the babies all fell out.
This is something that sadly happens most years. These little guys will take the 3 hourly feed slots that have just been finished with the baby tawny owls. But a thank you to the farmer for rapidly seeking help for the little guys

I was confused why there was a Tawny in Phoenix, AZ, but this place is in Norwich, England.

Beautiful, but so small.
They look so soft! They will be as big as mum in a few weeks.
I wonder if they will keep them there for the 2 months or so to keep them safe or if they will renest them back at the farm as soon as momma’s head is feeling better. That might depend on if they find pappa owl maybe.
