Interesting to see that after a very short adaption time all that skill translates into real firearms proficiency. That really changed my view of Airsoft as simply a fun hobby.
I wonder if that also applies to VR as well (although no way to demonstrate since I’ve never fired a gun IRL).
Edit/update: found this video about an Australian who never shot a gun before outside of VR (using practice competition shooting sims) trying competition shooting for the first time and performing decently according to the instructor.
