    It’s almost like the tech companies are preying on places that have cheap land and residents with less political influence…

    Jesus, at least the meat packing plants and shingle factories employed people they were poisoning.

    There is a shockingly high percentage of homeowners who sincerely believe that renters should have fewer rights. The most common seem to be that they shouldn’t get to vote in local elections and that they shouldn’t be allowed to park their cars on public streets.

    Those sorts of people still have access to cans of gasoline and more motivation to prevent such places from existing.
