More stats would be nice, like:
- Viewed
- How long was the message viewed
- The part of the message where the eyes lingered the longest
- What is the recipient of the massage doing now?
Agreed, the problem with text messages is the lack of trackers and engagement metrics.
These are all great stats, but I feel like you could have asked them while you were giving them the massage
