Becoming super-rich is never going to be about innovation or doing any other kind of good, even if it starts with that. It’s about being willing to take away money from everyone around you without concern for the effects that will have. You take money from your employees, your customers, your competitors, your investors, and your government. All of them suffer for it, to various degrees, but you will never be super-rich if you have even a slight trace of empathy. You have to believe that only what happens to you matters.
