can embed images with the ![optional alt-text]() syntax

Also, you can edit post titles and links. And we don’t have a contract with YouTube, Imgur or i.redd.it that allows us to simply embed their content correctly (look up cross-domain origin) so you better use a service that just gives the file to anyone who asks via a direct link (the built-in pict-rs media upload on your instance, catbox.moe or GitHub)
