Steak looks great! I don’t think you’re supposed to grill underneath anything though

Welp, that’s the best I can do at the moment. I need to repair that porch soon, so I was planning on putting down some additional pylons, getting 12’ or 16’ foot deck boards, and extending it south by the extra 4-8 feet (towards my truck, in the photo), and that part would be out from under the roof.

Be careful, minimum warped siding, but if that wall gets too hot

The steak should’ve come free upon purchase of the grill. ☝🏻

Which was more expensive, the grill or the steak?

Both on sale, but the grill still wins the price contest. I did not splurge on the Weber, and went for a less expensive, well-reviewed brand that has more features.

For $9.99 lb, it’s a pretty legit ribeye.

If you can get the tomahawk for a little more, it makes sense for grilling, you can ditch the tongs. Plus then that marrow gets r o a s t e d, and can become a scrumptious broth.
