they do start growing pretty much immediately, especially on injections. mine started hurting and developing breast buds in a week or two i think. early enough that i forget when exactly. they wont be very big for them but i know for me having literally any boob was amazing.
Nope, they’re really starting to do something, who knows if I’ll just get a short burst then a slow down or if this growth is going to continue though.

My experience is that milk glands/ducts will be noticeable in ~2 weeks, and will basically be finished growing in a few months. The fat that makes up the majority of the mass is what takes years to collect.
