I doubt Clinton wrote it. Why would he need to when Congress had an army of lobbyists to write it for them?

I mean, you say this, but if the hard left turn in NYC is any indication, it really does seem to help the Socialist cause when you’ve got fascists running things. Neoliberals like Clinton, Obama, and Biden can tread water for a minute and keep the lights on. But it takes a failson reactionary like Bush or Trump to really fuck up the imperial core hard enough to spur a revolution.
