And all those bad things happened, and more. But we forgot that when it’s about a dictator’s grip on power being on the line, none of that matters. It’s all about the dictator’s grip on power.
To be fair, the guerrilla war that followed the occupation is, indeed, very costly
And Putin is indeed an idiot who’s allowed his ego to blind him
Yea, we thought it wouldn’t happen because of all the bad things that would happen to Russia as a result.
And all those bad things happened, and more.
But we forgot that when it’s about a dictator’s grip on power being on the line, none of that matters. It’s all about the dictator’s grip on power.
