not sure if your questions rhetorical or not but it’s not like this is a new invention, why not look to where it works elsewhere in the world and do that ?

i thought when they said housing for all they were referring to government mandated housing. im all for making houses more affordable, but that isn’t really the same as houses for all. even if it’s more affordable there’s still going to be people that can’t get a house of their own
