I see they were sued by professional wrestler Diamond Dallas Page for infringing on his trademarked “Diamond Cutter” hand sign, but I cannot tell how that suit turned out. Obviously they were not ordered to cease (like Jay-Z was), as they still use it basically everywhere.
It would be pretty on brand for them if it were.
If only they just accepted Jacks recommendation on calling it the Enterprise.
