EDIT : especially fun because in the riverplate, BBQ is called “asado” so you definitely know what an asador would be. It’s the thing that makes asado.

I think the nacelles are just staging space. Probably just load coals into the saucer section or perhaps it has a smoke feed up to it. Maybe there’s a grill top that can be set over the main body. Not the most practical looking setup, but it’s got style.
This could’ve been a combo of grill and benches
