My Triangle Mutual Aid Communications club inherits “points of unity” from our parent TMA org. We sometimes reference them when comments get out of hand on Discord, so in that way the Points act like a more positively-framed code of conduct.
My more traditional ARRL-affiliate club does not have a code of conduct. I’ve only been a member a short time, so I don’t have any experience with the club managing conflict. I think individuals are mostly left to resolve things on their own…or not.
