    Now make the rule have intricacies that vary per airport and are randomly enforced depending on who’s supervising that shift. “NO LEANING” etc

    Afaik, TSA doesn’t have any legal powers of enforcement and aren’t in a position to stop a bad actor as it is. They can call the cops or security, but that’s it. I loath the TSA and thinks the organization is a colossal waste of money but this is just cruelty for the sake of being cruel.
