I’m actually extremely privileged to have such good health insurance. I get all of my medications for dirt cheap. Not everyone is that lucky, not to mention, not everyone even gets the proper meds they need in the first place…

I have had a doctor complement my vagina before. Mind you she’s the one who made it, so it was kinda bragging about her skill. So yeah, I imagine mammoplastic surgeons can get away with complementing their patients’ tits
