I’d say my pair is pretty unremarkable 😭
Middle breast: Quite remarkable
Don’t feel bad. I got the same diagnosis after a brain scan…
Jesus, that turned serious real quick…
I’m happy for you, is what I wanted to say 🙏
Jeez…I can only hope that mine turns out the same. Actually, I hope I don’t need one at all, but that’s wishful thinking…my prolactin is high, it could be a prolactinoma.
Cypro is a piece of shit, honestly 😆
You forgot the soap Obv.
Oh obviously. Silly me 🤦♀️
Beats “unfortunate”, so there’s that.
Unremarkable for the US. It’s specifies US breasts.
I want to know how they compare with European breasts.
Hmmm, I have literal tons of pics of “European breasts” on my profile…not to mention my gallery 😂
I guess…I guess yeah, they are European breasts, aren’t they? Connected to a European me 😆
I wish I was eurasian. I feel I’d be a lot prettier 😭
Also yes, funny birb name :3…“eurasian” would be anyone from eurasia, which includes both europe and asia…
Oh…
I really didn’t think this one through, did I? 😆hah! you have been fooled into calling yourself pretty :3
Alright, enough internet for today 😭 /s

I want to know how they compare with YOUR breasts.
(United Boobage Healthcare)
…I mean…
…at least they match?
You need to balance your breasts, otherwise you end up walking in circles.
Is this when they spin the breast very fast and then glue on some counterweights?
Nice one! (Get it?)
But for real🖖
Oh you’ve never been hit with “well nourished.”
No, I haven’t 😂
I wouldn’t say I am…
Any remarks a doctor might make about your breasts probably aren’t good, though.
Really? I think I’d appreciate a “Nice tits, ma’am” every once in a while 😭
That’s not covered by your health insurance, gotta pay that yourself.
You don’t know anything about my health insurance 😂
I’m actually extremely privileged to have such good health insurance. I get all of my medications for dirt cheap. Not everyone is that lucky, not to mention, not everyone even gets the proper meds they need in the first place…
I kinda suck 😔
That sounds like an opening for a sexual harassment case, though. You can’t say shit like that to your patients in a professional setting, no matter how nice your tits may be.
I have had a doctor complement my vagina before. Mind you she’s the one who made it, so it was kinda bragging about her skill. So yeah, I imagine mammoplastic surgeons can get away with complementing their patients’ tits
Yeah…but just imagine your doctor complimenting your tits 👀
That would be like a next-level ego boost for me, no matter how creepy it is…
It would be good to get an FDA tit rate rubric
I’d laugh very hard if my doctor would say it out of the blue during inspection
Lol. Yeah…
But at least I’d feel like my body is nice enough for my literal doctor to mention it 😂
Next time, bedazzle them first.
Probably because they weren’t soapie
I swear I’m gonna do it…I’m gonna literally post my soapy tits
…even tho that’d be an insult to myself, it’d literally just be soap on a flat chest 🥲
Heeelp I’m so flaaat 😭😭😭You’re underestimating the straight man’s love of boobs. All sizes are wonderful.
You’re still a bit early into hrt, right? My advice is to make sure your E levels are good (look up what cis levels are, some doctors underdose), make sure your E administration route is good (oral is worst, patches, implant, gel, or injection are best, sublingual should be equivalent to the better options, but is less reliable, I recommend injections), make sure you eat enough (boobs are mostly fat and growing them takes a fair amount of calories), and take progesterone rectally
And yeah that’s what I did. There are other tricks and tips that I’ve seen people talk about, including supplements, but that’s all less evidence based that what I said. I wish there was a magical cup size pill or something, but until they develop something of the sort, it’s all gonna be ymmv and stuff like this. Oh also it’ll take time.
And yeah, don’t let insecurity keep you from what you want to do
I’m getting to 8 months, which seems not as early anymore…
My levels are good, if a bit high (around 400pg/ml trough), I’m on injections, I boof my prog…I’ll admit I do NOT eat enough tho…
It’s just a bit strange. I don’t have flatness genes and every single trans woman I meet seems to be growing boobs bigger and faster than I am. I’m at a healthy weight, but it could totally be the lack of calories…Thanks. I’ll keep trying. Not ready to give up hope just yet ❤️
8 months is earlyish. You should have some growth by now, but it could be pretty small. They often grow a lot between 6-24 months. They’ll continue with mild growth throughout adulthood. Also some people experience puberty faster or slower than others.
I’ll admit, recent transitioners these days seem to be getting way more tit than was normal back in my day. I was downright stacked for a trans woman 9 years ago, but I’m still nowhere near some of my family (but also bustier than some).
So yeah, make a point to eat when you’re hungry, and if you notice you’re really hungry lately compared to usual that’s a sign to eat your fill because your chest is going to be sore soon.
And yeah, unfortunately it’s like gardening, you can’t force them to grow, but you can give them every opportunity to grow as much as they will. After about 2 or so years of hormones if you’re still unsatisfied you can look into if surgical options are right for you (I personally lean away from them and recommend reevaluating your relationship with your body and trying to love it as it is over a boob job, but I still consider one every once in a while)
Yeah, “some growth but pretty small” sounds about right. I’m sure they’ll grow and round out more.
Honestly tho…I’ve received compliments both here, on Lemmy and also irl about them, and I am decently happy with the shape so far. Bleh :3I’ll admit, recent transitioners these days seem to be getting way more tit than was normal back in my day
That’s interesting…probably stupid, but do you think it could be due to the wider adoption of injections and other, non-oral methods? I think there used to be way fewer choices, but I’m not exactly sure.
I’m really trying with the eating, I swear. I just get kinda depressed sometimes and stop taking care of myself completely, which of course includes eating, just try to survive and get through stuff. I should really try to unlearn that…
I really like your gardening analogy 😄
And I’ve promised to myself even before starting HRT, no breast augmentations, no matter what. I just wanna see what genetics give me, I guess. A lot will change in 2 years! I hope…Thank you for the response! 🩷
Yeah I went back and looked at what mine looked like at 8 months and they were bigger than yours but not by much. For comparison I’m over a decade into hormones and recently posted a pic of my boobs.
As for what’s changed, I think that’s partly it. When I started it was the default to be given oral estrogen and have to request injections or explain sublingual to your doctor. But I think there’s more to it as well, the rise of estrogen monotherapy may be a factor. But also, you used to get tapered on, and slowly at that, rather than just being given the standard dose and seeing how your levels looked. It used to be much more common for doctors to target low end of female levels than the middle/what feels right. But also, the rise in telling trans women to eat while transitioning rather than the pressure to lose weight while transitioning is something I suspect is huge. We used to hold ourselves much closer to mainstream cishet beauty standards and with that was an expectation of skinniness, despite the fact that it can wait until you’re done with the major changes to your body from going through puberty again.
And yeah, self care is vital. I know it’s cliche to say that nobody else can love you until you love yourself, and it’s not quite true, my wife started loving me before then. But not loving yourself and especially not taking care of yourself does make it take more work for others to love you, and it was a point of conflict early in my relationship. It also leaves you more at risk of abusive relationships. And as for what to do about it: make friends and try to attend trans community events, especially ones focused on transfems.
And yeah, that’s generally a healthy approach. I dislike the risks and side effects of them. I really wish that fat replacement augmentation was safer, if it was I’d likely do it, but that’s as someone who feels cheated out of large boobs and has to settle for medium.
Small boobs are so severely underrated, please don’t be so hard on yourself girl 🙏 Tits really are tits 🥵
But did you pass that exam or did you fail?
I passn’t 😔
Google i passn’t
Holey h*ll
This is the internet. You are allowed to say “hill”
What?
New response just dropped
Shoulda studied harder
Better luck next time!
