A Mail on Sunday report over the weekend claimed Acaster had “complained to producers” he was being teased by competitors Rob Beckett and Romesh Ranganathan and was “uncomfortable” with the duo’s “macho banter.”

Macho banter from those two? People that James Acaster has been good friends with for many years? This was clearly a joke.

I know it isn’t true based on ‘James Acaster complaining.’ He does that for comic bits all the damn time. Of course he would tell the story, even if it’s a lie, because it’s objectively hilarious.
