I’m normally a “it’s never too late” kinda gal, but with McConnell… I think it’s too late. His body is a not-even-shambling corpse held together by hatred and dark magics, and his mind is mostly mayonnaise at this point. I think if you tried to inject estrogen his whole human costume would just fall apart into dust like a chernobyl victim and I don’t think there’s enough HRT in the world to dampen whatever dysphoria he must be suffering by being forcibly and unnaturally kept alive without enough senses to recognize the world around him.
I’d say Mitch in his current state probably counts as asexual. I can’t imagine him being mentally there enough to actually have a sexual drive.

It’s been pretty steady around 25%-35% women for at least a decade. 50% would be an incredible change really.
