I just had to replace the gasket between the tank and the bowl, along with bolts and fiber washers, because one of ours failed and leaked water from the tank onto the floor, damaging the hardwood. Protip: you need to tighten those three bolts more than you think.

I also just had to replace these on a house i moved into. The ones i took off were wing nuts… the back one was free spinning.
Replaced that whole seal and assembly instantly
