HARLAN CO., Ky. (WYMT) - The Harlan Police Department received a call around 8 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, that a gun had been flashed at local protesters.

Marcus Slusher, 18, of Harlan, reportedly pointed a gun at members with KY Resists from his truck.

    That kid is lucky that KY law is lenient on gun crimes. In some states, that would be considered 12 counts of felony assault and could get him locked up for 100+ years.

      NGL, given it’s KY, I’m surprised his kind haven’t had “accidental” encounters with any of the protesters (KY Resists, et al) already, but this won’t be the last. Especially, now that he’s effectively been sternly warned, given a cookie, and let back into the pool. 😶
