A judge in Tennessee has paused Kilmar Abrego Garcia's release from custody for 30 days, shortly after another judge ruled he should be returned to Maryland if released.

    For anyone not readong the atricle, this was requested by Garcia’s legal team, since DHS has threatened to have him extrajudicially deported again if he is released.

    Put him under home arrest like they do to celebs, giving him some freedom he deserves.

      I think one reason they don’t is they can’t guarantee his safety from the jail to his home.
