I assure you that it’s something a modern society does. I wish it didn’t, but apparently we’ve chosen to believe that there is a such thing as a justified rape.

Who said that was part of the official sentence? You think criminals in prison have any respect for kiddie diddlers?

Them mofos have urges and nowhere else to bust a nut, and horny prisoners tend to consider child abusers as fair game.

Hey, I’m no criminal and I didn’t write the unofficial prison rules, and I ain’t about to fuck around and find out. But yeah, that’s part of how the world works.

Who claimed it was part of the official sentence?

But yeah, that’s part of how the world works.

But, crucially, you also don’t “give a shit” about prison rape happening. That’s what’s reprehensible. Pointing out that it’s a thing that happens doesn’t magically justify being okay with it.

No, I don’t approve, never said it was right either. It’s also not my problem, and not part of my life in any way, shape or form.

If it worries you so much, go protest in front of a prison or something. See how long it takes before you become a prisoner yourself…

Again, criminals typically don’t give a shit about the law.

You could be arrested at any time for any made up charge, or anything that is supposed to be legal that is defacto not legal.

Thankfully, I live in a small city where that’s practically never been a problem. Matter of fact, I’ve been stopped by a police officer while on bicycle and drinking a beer, only for him to tell me they recently changed the laws and that is perfectly legal, as long as I don’t cause any trouble.
