    I have no problem with them. It’s just a way to cut the massive chaff. Foreign outsourcers, idiots applying to every posting - I get it. And the bonus is that you hear the actual voice. How many times do you find the interviewee can’t string together 2 sentences? Or drifts off into unrelated topics? Or can’t pronounce the skill they are a supposed expert in?

    I find that being able to work with whatever the employer throws at me is an important job skill. And interview skill. That other folks give up immediately is a big boost to me.

      We use workable. It filters out a LOT. even then, they get through. i’d say we get to about 2-3 video screenings a month, and of those 1 make it through every 3 to 6 months for a video interview.

      we’ve been trying to hire for this position for a year. still nothing.
