Petition’s author, Rodion Burlatskiy, accused the city’s head of loyalty to the invaders, lack of desire to remove the monuments to Empress Katherine the second and Suvorov, sabotage of the decommunization process, returning the communist names to Odesa, removal of the names honoring Azov and other dead warriors, and ownership of Russian citizenship. The petition was signed by 25440 ukrainians”
