When I visited the iron mines in northern Sweden, the vast majority of the cars you saw were Toyota Hilux. All over the place. I think the vans used were mostly VW.
I’ve always thought Japanese work trucks are so much better designed. Most of the people with giant trucks in the US don’t even use them as a truck.
