Basically I’d like to be able to buy any recent BT headphones or speaker and be able to:
subscribe to gate announcements at the airport, and
try to set up multi-room audio, even if it only works for me, when my phone is in range of whichever speakers.
I heard about this stuff before it was released and I was like “Wow that’s so cool! There are so many applications for it!” But since then all the device makers have been like “Wow that’s so boring, I definitely don’t want to use that - or if I do, just use the name for some marketing bs but never actually implement it properly”
Can I have the features I wanted from 5.1 available in more devices now?
