The full 9th Circuit Court of Appeals declined to rehear a panel’s order allowing National Guard troops to deploy to California, prompting the dissenting judges to pen lengthy warnings about the danger the United States now faces.

A single judge had requested the vote to rehear the case, after a panel — composed of two Trump appointees and one Biden appointee — stayed a district court order blocking the Guard’s deployment.

I’m of the opinion that all the judges with a spine need to start using the SC ruling that precedence doesn’t matter and rule how they please. Clog up the everything.

That won’t fix anything, we need more Interstate compacts:

      https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interstate_compact

Couple states did one to replace the CDC, but we need a general one for states to defend themselves from over-reaches from Trump’s fed.

Like, I understand most citizens being ignorant of our options, but a shit ton of elected politicians should be putting these in motion. If they’re only going to be “raising awareness” they should at least be telling them about this stuff we can really be doing.

Essentially we need States to unionize.
