      I’m sure that’s what he thinks. But considering the supposed budget shortfall is money we didn’t spend on our own military, I’d say Tillis either doesn’t understand what NATO is supposed to be, or he understands very clearly but can’t be bothered to keep the fact that it’s a protection racket on the down low.
