These forests do look better, but it’s very tedious to draw individual triangles.

Jokes aside, I really like it! I don’t think the trees need shading, with how small they are they don’t have the same depth that the ridge does. Love the shading on that though!

Turns out I started these forest tests because I was trying this type of mountain ridge style and I’m trying to find a tree style that goes along nicely.
Just looked through your posts and saw the one with the penny for scale and holy shit this is all crazy impressive
