This track teleports me back to early 1997 when my parents bought me a computer (well a family PC, but it was in my room and I managed it) and Simcity 2000 was of the first games I started figuring out.

Track 8, Subway Song and Track 9 Chinatown Concerto are also awesome.

Subway Song in particular sounds like someone imagining the an “urban future” in the early 90s.
