When you consider that we as humans do follow around our dogs and watch them go potty, it totally makes more sense that they would reciprocate by following us into the bathroom.
Also, animals are extremely vulnerable when going potty, so I’d expect they assume we are, too; they’re protecting us at our most vulnerable. ☺️

Maybe i had a dud but mine didnt care at all when I went to the bathroom. Kind of happy about that, good boy!
