Here pretty soon we are going to reach a critical mass of Dead Internet Theory and misinformation that the internet will become basically useless. It used to be the biggest source of information in human history and these tech bros are just burning down the library to build a data center. It’s already losing its reliability every day as less and less people take it seriously. If the bubbles doesn’t pop, I’m pretty sure the internet is going to consist exclusively of storefronts and streaming services as the rest of it slowly gets poisoned to death. Either way, the AI will collapse and take the internet with it. All in a effort to produce some mythical AGI that probably won’t even happen.
