Most instances have a support community for discussing technical issues with that particular server.
As each instance names these slightly differently, I thought I’d create a thread to collect as many as possible.

Please comment below with equivalent communities and I’ll add them to the list.
I would also recommend that instance admins include a link to their meta/support community in the sidebar of their instance.
On a somewhat related note, do any instance admins still have Reddit accounts they would be willing to reveal here?
I’ve come across many Redditors who are interested in Lemmy but give up after experiencing issues on signup. I think the ability to have instance admins reach out to users on Reddit directly could be a useful tool in reducing the friction of the Lemmy onboarding process.
If you are an instance admin and are comfortable sharing your Reddit username, please do so below.
@originalucifer@moist.catsweat.com, would !ServerNonsense@moist.catsweat.com count as a support/meta community?
yes!
@threelonmusketeers@sh.itjust.works , you should add this to the list.
Thanks; done.
Also, your top level comment got removed by threativore, and I had to restore it manually. Is there a place to report false positives?
Thanks; added!
Do either you or @DosDude@retrolemmy.com have an active Reddit account?
idk about DosDude, I’m Die4Ever on Reddit
Thanks! I’ve added your Reddit username to the list.
No reddit for me. I stopped using it after the exodus
!main@crazypeople.online also exists if you’d like to add it to the list.

Oh, it’s you! :)
I’ve added you to the list as a point of contact for the dbzer0 instance.

Oh, just this post, nothing fancy.
If a Redditor has questions or signup issues with the dbzer0 instance, someone can tag u/No_Measurement_6680 and/or u/Dbzer0 to provide assistance.

- lemmynsfw.com - there’s !lemmynsfw@lemmynsfw.com but only mods can create posts. I couldn’t find any direct equivalent to a support comm.
- lemmygrad.ml - !questions@lemmygrad.ml ; there’s also !announcements@lemmygrad.ml for official content
- lemmy.eco.br - support strictu sensu is done through Matrix, https://matrix.to/#/#lemmyecobr:matrix.org . But there’s also !brasil@lemmy.eco.br to talk about the server.
Thanks! Added.
We have recently changed a bit:
Meta instance: !lemmy_brasil@lemmy.eco.br
Support: !suporte@lemmy.eco.br
- Chat: XMPP | Web
- Mastodon: @brasil@ayom.media
Thanks! Updated.
Thanks! Added. Do you know if any of your admins have a presence on Reddit?
One of our Admins still moderates their Reddit community, but we are also in regular contact with the other mods who chose to stay behind.

Would they be willing to be an ambassador/point-of-contact for Redditors who are interested in startrek.website, in case they encounter any issues during signup?
@williams_482@startrek.website thoughts here?
I still have a Reddit account and am willing to help people figure out Lemmy registration, but I do not moderate any active Reddit communities.

We have the support@lemmy.ca email that can be used for signup issues.
