I’m looking for android, but I suppose iOS welcome for those with iPhones.

I’ve been using Fedilab, but I have a bad habit of not checking super often and so Fedilab reaches a point where it won’t say “load more” and leaves gaps in my feed, which I’d like to fix. Also was using it for pixelfed, but since that acct was deleted for inactivity I’m not using the multi-service function anymore, but multi-mastodon-acct support is still needed. Used Tusky previously but don’t remember why I switched (like two years ago).

Been a couple years, so I figured I’d see what people like using these days and try out a few.

I used Ice Cubes on my iPhone, but lost interest in Mastodon. Don’t really like the microblog format.

For what it’s worth, they have a Mac app as well. Never saw much use in it. I’d just use Firefox to browse it. Same with Lemmy. Never used a desktop app here though.

I’ve been using Tusky for the last couple of years, but decided to give OpenVibe another go to keep Mastodon and Bluesky in one place.

OpenVibe is alright. Next to no customization, a little slow to load when first opening, and the scrolling animation is…I’m not even sure how to describe it. Artificial? It almost looks laggy even though it’s responsive.

I mostly use OpenVibe but +1 on the loading and scrolling issues. From time to time it just doesn’t fetch new content and I have to clear the app cache and reopen it. Hopefully they can iron out some of those issues because it is nice having those feeds in the same place

When I switched from Tusky to Fedilab it was largely driven by Fedilab’s superior support for multi-level nesting of long comment threads.
