I made bread!

No, just white bread. Used the Saturday White Bread recipe from “Flour Water Salt Yeast” by Ken Forkish.
Nice! Homemade bread hits different. So good.
My friend coerced me into making some baguettes a while ago. It would be dangerous if I wasn’t so lazy, lol. I’d be making bread and immediately eat it all the time.
