Late to the party but here are the ones I liked:

Sandship: kind of cool mix between factory and idle game. Unfortunately it’s been abandoned by devs and the game is very buggy

Refactory: like a simpler Factorio and has amazing controls for mobile. Very good overall, but unfortunately it was pulled from the Play Store due to not being updated (and Google’s ridiculous policies on updates). You can still find it on some APK sites and should work fine since it’s singleplayer. This is how the game looks like on PC for reference.

Can be found on F-droid.

I also remember playing spacechem ages ago, which is pretty cool.
