It’s about raising revenue you see. Ohio probably too, lots of nazis and klansman, or whatever the klan turned into, they are big into the police force there, Indiana even moreso.

Between Ohio and Minnesota is a lot more than a 6 hour trip however far it is, and 6 hours at 70 is 400 miles.
