Finally playing Xenosaga for the first time. It’s pretty good.
Although I went in assuming that there would be fewer long text-dumps than Xenogears, and MonoSoft was all “Hold my sake.”

I’m generally having success with small-scale, experimental indie stuff, like Baba Is You and Vampire Survivors.
But I think it will depend on your specific preferences as a gamer. I’ve been having a blast lately, re-playing various JRPG’s from my youth and discovering new details which I’d missed. So, anything familiar to you may be worth playing again while high, if you haven’t already.
THis is real highposting btw.
Do you mean, games which are simple enough for you to effectively play while kinda minorly stoned?
Played through it; great job!
The sound effect from hitting mobs was very satisfying. However, they seemed to have invincibility frames after getting hit, which didn’t match up with the visual flash. Maybe time the flash to indicate the damage window?
If possible, maybe only have mobs respawn if you move at least two screens away from them, instead of as soon as you leave the screen.
Did you do the sprites and music yourself? Very well done, especially the dungeon music.
